What is EBRHA?
The East Bay Rental Housing Association (EBRHA) is a full-service, non-profit trade association founded in 1939. Dedicated to preserving and enhancing property ownership rights for all rental property owners, our services include referrals to vendors, property management forms, resident screening, housing advice, monthly membership meetings, trade expo, and legislative and political lobbying. The current membership is 1,200 and growing.
Since its inception, EBRHA has recognized the alliance between providers of rental housing and the businesses that service their needs. Through our commitment to advance the interests of the rental housing industry in Alameda and Contra Costa counties, we offer a variety of avenues for Associate Members to reach out and work with this unique and high volume market.
