Jill Broadhurst, Executive Director jbroadhurst@ebrha.com, (510) 318-8305 As our Executive Director, Jill is responsible for the strategic goals of the organization including increasing membership, education curriculum, and the Contra Costa County expansion. Jill also works with the public affairs committee, the EBRHA-PAC, and the EBRHA state lobbyist to ensure that the association's interests are clearly heard and seriously considered locally and in Sacramento. In addition, she reaches out to other local groups and associations with which EBRHA shares common interests and concerns.

Cathy Hayden, Director of Operations chayden@ebrha.com, (510) 318-8302 Cathy came to EBRHA in 2009 and is responsible for office operations. Cathy has a BS in business, with options in accounting and human resources, from Cal State East Bay. Her experience includes work in management and accounting. She is also treasurer, and sits on session (the governing board), at her church.

Tina Bocheff, Director of Advertising and Editor, Rental Housing magazine tbocheff@ebrha.com, (510) 318-8303 Tina joined EBRHA in 2011 as Director of Advertising, responsible for vendor recruitment, advertising sales and the annual Trade Expo. She is also the editor of Rental Housing, the association's monthly magazine, and manages the editoral calendar, content creation, advertising, production and distribution. Tina has over 10 years of fundraising and marketing communications experience in the nonprofit sector. Prior to that she was a Sales/Marketing Manager at United Business Media, a global marketing and communications services business.

Esteban Cortez, Publications and Communication Producer ecortez@ebrha.com, (510) 318-8301 As EBRHA's publications and communication producer, Esteban strives to represent the diverse backgrounds and stories of EBRHA members. A recent graduate of Fresno State, he has a background using writing, photo and video in news and marketing. Aside from news and feature writing, Esteban enjoys experimenting with new media and freelancing as a commercial and portrait photographer. He also likes to spend his time exploring the East Bay’s many diverse restaurants and attractions.
