We’re excited to share a unique focus group opportunity with our members. 

In this focus group, we’ll walk through the Hominy platform and demonstrate how it handles tenant communication, maintenance management, and compliance protection.

Please note: Neither EBRHA nor BPOA are affiliated with, nor do they endorse, this product. We are simply hosting this focus group to give members the opportunity to explore the platform, provide feedback that may shape its development, and potentially gain early or complimentary access as a member benefit. 

During the pilot, EBRHA and BPOA members will receive a white-glove onboarding experience with full platform access and a free trial period to test Hominy’s property management concierge across their portfolios. As early partners, members will also get priority access to upcoming features like automated rent collection launching early next year, with pricing set at $30/door/month after the trial.
