The East Bay Rental Housing Association is a non-profit trade association dedicating to advising, educating and serving rental property owners and managers. 

We cannot advise tenants, as doing so would constitute a conflict of interest.

We refer all tenant questions to Eden I & R, Inc., a tenant-advocacy group serving tenants in Alameda County. They can be reached at 510-537-2710 or by simply dialing 211 on any Alameda County phone line.
