EBRHA Board Elections

Please join us for our Monthly Member meeting and EBRHA Board of Directors Member Election on Wednesday, December 4th at 4:00pm.

We have four board members up for re-election and one new potential member:

Luke Blacklidge (Current Vice- President)

Courtney Morse

Joshua Polston

Carmen Madden

Jorge Jimenez (New)

The East Bay Rental Housing Association is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of independent rental property owners, industry partners, and executives from property management firms, who are elected by the general membership.

Insurance Presentation

After the elections, there will be a short Insurance Presentation from Peter Kohly with Peter Kohly Insurance Agency, Inc.

Topics Include:

How to shop your Insurance without agents or Insurance Companies.
Insurance Inspection headaches and how to eliminate most of them.

Member Meeting

This is also the monthly member meeting and you will get updates from EBRHA's Board President, association updates, benefits, and highlights from EBRHA's CEO Derek Barnes and Member Relations Manager, Danielle Baxter.
