In-Person Networking Mixer @ Sauced in Walnut Creek

We are hosting an impromptu networking mixer at Sauced Restaurant in Walnut Creek. We encourage you to invite fellow property owners with rental properties in Contra Costa County. 

Many of you are aware of what's recently happened in Concord. Local council members have passed legislation that is hurting rental housing through Rent Control and Just Cause ordinances. Rent Control will continue to spread to other cities in Contra Costa, as will other detrimental "renter protections." It is SO important that the rental housing community comes together because there is strength in numbers.

To start building a strong nucleus of rental property owners, the East Bay Rental Housing Association is hosting a Rental Housing Networking Mixer on Thursday, April 18th from 5:30 - 7:30pm. It will be held at Sauced BBQ & Spirits in Walnut Creek. Come meet with your fellow rental housing providers, share experiences, and let's build a strong coalition that will fight back, repeal these ordinances, and protect our property rights in the future.
