Oakland City Council Meeting on Feb 18th

EBRHA is asking ALL rental housing providers in Oakland to attend the upcoming city council meeting on Tuesday, February 18th, 3:30pm at City Hall to speak out against Council's decision to pull in a recalled mayor into a tie-breaking scenario. Allowing the mayor's vote to be cast remove banked rent increases from being passed on at the sale of a property, reduces the amount of banked rent accrued from 10 years to 5 years.

We urge all that can attend to please register to be with us in chamber at 3:30p on Feb 18th.
