Oakland RAP Moratorium Workshop

On April 3, 2024, from 5:30PM to 7:00PM, the Rent Adjustment Program will be hosting The Moratorium Workshop (Owner Focused). This workshop will provide an overview of the passed legislation to sunset the Covid-19 Emergency Moratorium, which also adds new tenant protections. Topics include covered units, prior state and local eviction laws, the new law on rent increases, evictions, late fees, and Just Cause amendments.
