We are here to answer your calls.

Dear Valued EBRHA Members,

We know how important it is for you to reach us, and for our interactions to be efficient and intentional, so we have made it our primary mission in 2024 to improve our communication systems. Recently, we introduced email preferences so we could make sure you’re only receiving information relevant to your interests.

Today, we are thrilled to announce the implementation of our new phone system!

We understand that some of you have experienced challenges with our previous system, and we have been diligently working to address those concerns.

Our new system comes with features to help us manage our increasing call volume, and we have updated our menu options to make sure your call is routed to the people that can best support you.

We are dedicated to answering all calls promptly, but we are a small team, so we have picked a system that also provides a more efficient way of tracking voicemails. This commitment underscores our dedication to providing you with the highest level of service and support, and we know that being able to reach us when you need us is essential to a positive member experience.

We are confident that these improvements will streamline communication, make it easier for you to reach us, and allow us to follow up with you faster if you leave a message.

With a tremendous increase in call volume over the last two years, we’ve really relied on your feedback to reduce friction with our phone system. We appreciate all your support and patience along the way, and we look forward to hearing from you more as we continue to progress.

These calls are routed directly to our Member Specialists with training specific to rental property management.

These are routed directly to me, Danielle Baxter. I specialize in sales and partnerships, but I am also the Membership Manager and here to help if you have any feedback regarding your member experience.
