As we begins the new year, your Membership with East Bay Rental Housing Association (EBRHA) could be DUE FOR RENEWAL.
If your membership is up for renewal, you will receive an e-mail from EBRHA asking you to renew before the due date to avoid losing access to your benefits. If you would prefer not to renew your membership at this time, please reach out and let us know.
We understand that some membership details may have been impacted by our recent migration to a new database. If you feel that your membership is current and you received a renewal letter in error, please contact membership services.
How to Renew Your Membership
Renewing your membership is easier than ever with our new website!
1. Login to your Member Compass and click “Renew Now” in the top right corner.
2. If you have questions about your renewal, please email us at membership@ebrha.com, or utilize the Chat feature on our website to connect directly to a Membership Specialist.

- Online Forms Management – Build custom lease packets, search for forms within our library, and send forms to your applicants/renters seamlessly with e-signature features.
- Rent Estimates – EBRHA staff can now provide reliable rental market rent estimates per request! Just send us the property information via email, and we’ll let you know the recommended rent.
- Renter Screening – List your vacancies, send rental applications, and process Renter Screenings online at special member pricing.
- SPORS – Small Property Owners Representation Services. EBRHA is now providing legal representation & consultation for small property owners/operators that are pursuing an Oakland RAP claim or have an open RAP claim against them from a renter.
- Vacancy Preparedness Consultations - An in-depth consultation with a Member Specialist designed to support members who have vacant units and need to get prepared for listings and viewings. Includes move-out checklist (maintenance, repairs, renovations, etc) application review, screening tools and reports, market rent rates, and security deposit guidelines.

Membership Renewal Communication
Our primary form of communication is EMAIL.
We send outstanding renewal invoices via email weekly to the billing contact on file.
